Guy de Chassey is located in the village of Louvois Grand Cru in Montagne de Reims, Champagne, and has been in business for seven generations. 9.5 hectares of vineyards are owned, mainly in the village of Louvois and another Grand Cru, Bougie. Only two varieties are grown, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and the average age of the vines is over 40 years.

In the village of Louvois, there is a famous castle where Marie Antoinette stayed, and it is called the Petit Versailles of Champagne. The Guy de Chassey house is located at the entrance to the castle and has a very long history.
