The Lombarde is an important wind that brings snow, blowing northeast/southeast and reaching the Alps. This white wine is silky, airy and fresh. All grape varieties and vineyards are pressed and fermented separately. 30% is aged in new oak barrels for 3 months, then blended and aged in tank for 12 months. 5 to 10 years in the cellar.
