Mondot 2017 is very concentrated by its deep color and fruitiness from the moment it enters the mouth. The wine is aging well, and although the tannins are still lively, it shows great promise for long-term cellaring. Aging in new oak barrels enhances its status and encourages us to rate it as a very fine wine from St. Emilion. A very luxurious bottle.
