Blend : Cot (Malbec)70%, Gamay 30%

Region : Loire

The Amboise appellation began in 2016 and is called the newest wine in France, a new type of rosé that reveals the minerality of the Loire and the depth of the terroir. Fermentation lasts 30 days under cold temperature control; the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks until March. It is a rare rosé wine that offers firm Cot nuances, black fruits and cherries, as well as the gentle fruity taste of Gamay.
