This Coteaux Champenois Rosé is made from Meunier grapes grown biologically in the “Les Ragotteries” parcel in the Marne Valley. It is strictly hand-harvested and aged for 12 months in new 300L barrels. It is characterized by delicacy, spiciness and a very good structure, which improves with time.
