It comes from the best parcels of Villenauxe-la-Grande and is aged for 12 months in 300L barrels before being bottled in cork. The cork aging allows the wine to oxygenate very delicately throughout the whole process of gentle aging. The wine is complex and rich with delicate bubbles, intense floral aromas, buttery and yellow fruits, and mineral freshness. It is characterized by a long, lingering finish.
