It has a golden appearance, fine and dynamic bubbles that persist. The nose has hawthorn and jasmine flowers, banana and citrus, and flint minerality when swirled. On the palate, spicy notes of cinnamon and star anise, mandarin and ginger linger with a lingering finish.
