The lavender is harvested at “Niigata Lavender Story” in Niigata City.
  Two varieties of lavender, harvested under the brilliant sun and surrounded by lavender fragrance, are lavishly used.
After harvesting, the lavender is preserved separately from the flowers and stems, and the stems and flowers are macerated to extract the fragrance, then distilled according to their characteristics.
The dried lavender and fresh lavender are then distilled separately and blended together.
The distillation is done while carefully watching the cut points so that the good points of both can be utilized.
A change was made in the botanicals in the base gin to create a scent that gently accompanies the lavender.  
Lavender has a sweet, gorgeous, yet somehow refreshing, relaxing scent.
