Absinthe is made by distilling YASO SPIRITS with wild herbs such as wormwood, aniseed, and star anise. When water is added to absinthe, the oil component dissolved in the alcohol reacts and turns milky white.

YASO Absinthe 88” was completed by adjusting the amount of aniseed and star anise to achieve the ideal milky white color.
