Region : Loire

The Amboise appellation began in 2016 and is called the newest wine in France, a red wine made exclusively from representative grape varieties that reveal the minerality of the Loire and the depth of the Terreur. Fermentation takes place for 8 days at cold temperature control and also with grape stalks. The wine reveals deep flavors of red and black fruits, with a touch of astringency from the cor. It is a red wine with a long finish.
