The cuvée “Les Vieilles Vignes du Domaine” is made from 50+ year old vines. This delicate blend is made from 20% of the cuvée that was fermented and aged in French oak barrels (1/3 new) for 9 months. Elegant, with silky minerality and subtle hints of White flowers and exotic fruit.
