The 2020 Microcuvée No. 1 is an organic, quiet cidre characterized by its orange-yellow color and the enhancement of its alcohol and tannins due to a minimum of three months of fermentation in oak barrels grown in Calvados AOC. This gives it a very fruity and delicate taste.
