Its color is between golden and orange with a delicate bubbly. On tasting, the wine has beautiful balance and a firm tannin structure, with subtle aromas of iodine. On the palate, a very fresh bitterness develops. This character is due to fermentation that minimizes residual sugar and the balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness. The Grande Cuvée is a dry cider for gastronomic consumption.
