Calvados VS was aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years. The exchange of young water and wood resulted in a pale yellow robe and a bright, light flavor. The goal of the Hérout Brewery is to bring out the pristine aromas of Calvados AOC and focus on freshness and finesse without artificial coloring.
